NOMINATIONS NOW OPEN FOR 2025 AWARDS

Our annual awards recognise the exceptional achievements and outstanding contributions of individuals in our industry. They serve as a testament to their hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

The 2025 NSW Golf Industry awards will be held at the Shangri-La on Monday 27 October 2025. 

This is combined awards event with Golf NSW, PGA Australia, GMA, NSW Golf Course Superintendents Association, WPGA and JNJG joining to celebrate the achievements of clubs, professionals, superintendents, managers, volunteers, and athletes.

The NSWGCSA will present four awards: Superintendent of the Year, Assistant Superintendent of the Year, Outstanding Achievement and the inaugural Environment Award.

Award given to Superintendent who has produced high standards of turf management over a long period. Things taken into account are career accomplishments, length of service, influence over young turf managers and service to the industry.

Nominees for the NSWGCSA Superintendent of the Year Award must be a current NSWGCSA Superintendent Member.

It has been changed to the Assistant Superintendent of the Year to specifically recognise upcoming senior talent in greenkeeping. This award has been developed for employees who achieve outstanding work performance and demonstrate continual commitment and dedication for their prospective clubs.

This award is given in recognition of a Course Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Horticulturalist who has demonstrated excellence in environmental management of their course over the last 12 months.

Attributes that are taken into account include their commitment to excellence, knowledge of course / turfgrass management, use innovative techniques, and commitment to environment and sustainability.
